By downloading or using Who's the Impostor? ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

This App is licensed to you under the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA).

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

The App, including its name, logo, word packs, design, code, and all related content, is owned by Gonzalo Bandeira and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The App is intended for use as a social party game among consenting participants. You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to use it in any way that could harm other players or third parties.

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to them on your behalf.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gonzalo Bandeira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

The App does not integrate any third-party services. However, the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, which is governed by Apple's Terms of Service. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The App collects no personal data.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
